Mr. Shirish Bhansali is a B.E.Civil from the prestigious College of Engineering, Pune and has built the entire company block by block on his own shoulders. Having completed over 60 projects in Pune, he has now forayed into townships and SEZ’s. A titan in his field, he leads Bhansali Group as its Chairman & Managing Director. Over 40 years of hard work and commitment to work have allowed him to realize his vision of turning his company into a leading real estate developer brand in Pune.

A bachelors degree in civil engineering from Pune University with over a decade’s experience in real estate development, Mr. Sujay Bhansali has been looking after the day-to-day functioning of the technical departments of the company He also focuses on the long-term investments of the company, concentrating on a portfolio of asset creation. Having taken upon the mantle of furthering the Group’s business to new horizons, he is shaping new strategies for extending their brand name to varied areas and geographies. He believes in teamwork and likes to work with the best minds in the business.
MR. AKSHAY BHANSALI

A bachelors degree in civil engineering from Pune University with a Masters in Construction Management from Cass Business School in London, Mr. Akshay Bhansali is reinventing business strategies for the group. He has gained experience in industrial contracting and likes to adopt new technologies in the construction segment. He has also been a part of Harvard School extension programmes bringing in his expertise in finance and marketing. “New ideas will drive the future growth” is his mantra and this can be clearly experienced in his way of working.
